Added security for our Chat Room

We want to make the Chat Room as safe as possible by
ensuring that only registered forum members gain access to it.

To do this, we have created this page prior to the chat room page.

To get the password, log into the forum, go to Admin Corner
(at the bottom), click on Chat Room Password.

When the message opens, click on the downloadable link
and choose Open. Sorry if it is inconvenient, but we
only want people we know in the chat room........ Yes?
